Wow sorry for the lag! I’ve been so busy working out I forgot to blog about it haha!
Anyway, here is my account so far…

I’ve been fairly good about keeping up with my workout regiment, just a few push-ups and sit-ups in the morning is all, but mainly because I did not want to just jump back into my usual workout sessions…it’s been just too long and I knew I was not going to be able to keep up with myself.
Starting off slowly was a good idea, got me motivated and even excited about the whole ordeal.

Diet is an important part of health and exercise, but it is also the most difficult; I simply just love food and everything that comes with it - calories, carbs, fats, the more the tastier, right?
Since I absolutely cannot change my diet, I decided to step up my game and just workout even more, this way I get the best of both world. I brought in a balance ball to sit on while I work and a resistance band to workout whenever I get the chance. I have also gotten myself to play basketball and baseball once a week along with going back to the pool to swim a few laps during the mornings.
I did not just stop here, I decided that I was ready to get back to my old workout regiment…P90X! O how I hate listening to Tony Horton but I do love the workouts.
My body is always sore, my abs feel like they are about to rip open any minute, but hey, I’m going to win this thing!
