Oki's Dog / Oki-Dog
ImageOki Dog or Oki’s Dog is located on Pico & S. Sycamore and I know it is definitely not the nicest or the safest area in Los Angeles County. There is always a line regardless of time or weather as well. Why then, am I recommending this place for y’all to eat? Because it will straight up give you the taste that you’ve never tasted before.

It’s not a traditional dog, per-se, an Oki Dog comprises of two hot dogs, grilled pastrami, chili, cheese, and other edible mixture wrapped in a huge tortilla. Just about everything made here will probably and possibly give you a stroke and I really recommend you try it at least once. The secret of their recipe, oddly enough, is pastrami. It is flavorful, juicy, and comes out in a huge portion. Like the case of Dino’s Chicken and Burger, Oki’s Dog is inexpensive as well.

ImageI highly suggest getting a designated driver after eating the famous Oki’s dog or the pastrami burrito. Every single one of their items is designed to make you completely satisfied and extremely sleepy due to food coma. If you don’t mind the neighbor”hood” and the calories, check out Oki Dog.
