GIMNET, Global Inter-Missions Network exists to partner with others in order to participate in the sharing of the Christian gospel to the last localities and regions in our world.  Its mission is Biblical, inspiring, involving a progression of networks and events to invite and join others with the same hope and vision.

GIMNET, along with KIMNET (Korean Inter-Missions Network), Elijah School, IHOP (International House of Prayer) and Grace International Ministries of Grace Korean Church in Fullerton, CA are collaborating for the 2008 International Prayer Conference for All Nations. 

While primarily drawing a 1^st Generation audience, it was decided that an English Conference also be put into place.  Keynote Speakers such as Mike Bickle from IHOP, Beverly Pegues, and Elijah Kim from the Emmanuel Gospel Center Vitality Project are example of joint main session speakers and translation (Korean-English and vice versa) will be available. 

The purpose of the event is first and foremost to pray for their mission to continue and grow.  As attendees network with others at the conference, new partnerships will be formed among those who want to see progression in furthering the Christian gospel to communities in our world that perhaps have not yet heard about the story of Jesus Christ.

KAC Media’s Visit to the GIMNET CA Office

KAC Media and JSTV got the chance to visit the GIMNET office in Fullerton, CA on Sept 10, 2008.  As we arrived there we were warmly greeted by the GIMNET and GMI staff and were given a tour of their office building, previously owned by the Heinz Corporation.  As we met other staff from various mission organizations and GMI we enjoyed every opportunity to exchange ideas, goals, and laughter as the day went on.  Lunch time came around and we all feasted on Korean food at a cute and cleaner than usual hole-in-the-wall Noodle house nearby the offices.  After lunch we had the opportunity to meet with the Grace Ministries International Media Team and discussed ways in which we could collaborate towards our similar missions – not necessarily to reach those already in churches but those outside the walls of the church.  These are the primary individuals we want to communicate with and start discussions with.  After a few interviews and capturing some good b-roll, we said our good-byes and left the GIMNET campus knowing we were one step closer to fulfilling our missions.
