GRACE KOREAN CHURCH
Grace Korean Church was planted in 1982 in the Orange county of California in USA. Pastor Kwanshin David Kim began the church with only three families teaching them with Holy Spirit filled Bible studies. Since the beginning, the church allocated more than half of church finance for the missions visioning to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus. The dream of the church receiving great rewards has been progressively fulfilled as the church has been sending many missionaries and planting numerous churches around the world.
Tres Dias retreat started since 1985 now becoming much loved spiritual renewing program to believers in the world. Presently the church has grown with mission emphasis sending over 130 missionaries planting thousands of churches throughout the world. Grace Korean Church now has a new 21st century church vision discovering a new discipleship strategy called “Basket Operation.” This strategy is implemented to effectively lead nonbelievers to the Lord then training them to become the disciples of Jesus Christ through step by step discipleship programs. The church is entirely committed to fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord.

Young Nak Celebration Church is a missional community that CONNECTS people to God and to one another, SERVES in ministry, and EXTENDS God's kingdom. The fullest expression of being a missional community is to “bring people in” and “send people out”. That is, we seek to bring those who are unchurched into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through an experience of the gospel and, also, to send those who are churched out into the communities, both locally and around the world, that they may impact the world for Christ. Here are some other characteristics that we seek to achieve as a missional community!

A day at DFC Downey First Church started in 1982 with only seven families. It has taught and disciplined generations of young Korean Americans to go and make disciples. Their mission statement professes: "We believe that Jesus Christ, God incarnate, died for our sins and is the clearest expression of God Himself Hebrews 1:3). We also believe that the Holy Scriptures is God breathed (2 Timothy 3:16) and is the clearest revelation of His will. Therefore, we are committed in: Praising Jesus Christ, Preaching the Word and Practicing the Truth". It is emphasized that everything taught and preached at DFC is based solely on scripture. |
