In Him we are joined together and rise to become a holy temple. (Ephesians 2:21)

October 20-24th, 2008: KAC Media had its first opportunity to serve at a booth during the 2008 International Prayer Conference for all Nations. GIMNET [www.gimnet.net], along with KIMNET (Korean Inter-Missions Network), Elijah School, IHOP (International House of Prayer) and Grace Ministries International of Grace Korean Church in Fullerton, CA collaborated together for this extraordinary event!

GIMNET, Global Inter-Missions Network exists to partner with others in order to participate in the sharing of the Christian gospel to the last localities and regions in our world. Its mission is Biblical: gathering and inspiring networks of pastors, missionaries, and lay servants - along with their ministries - to come together for a common vision for unity in prayer and outreach to the nations. Over 1,400 have come throughout the 4 day conference to attend workshops and sessions with influential leaders all across the world. JSTV's President and CEO, Pastor Jong Moon Lee also led many seminars throughout the conference.

While primarily drawing a 1st Generation audience, it was decided that an English portion of the Conference also be put into place this year. Keynote Speakers such as Mike Bickle - President and Director of IHOP (24/7 International House of Prayer in Kansas City), and Elijah Kim from the Emmanuel Gospel Center Vitality Project spoke to the mixed attendance of 1st and 2nd generation Korean/Americans through english with translators. This really showed the efforts and aknowledgement of the 1st generation passing the legacy of prayer to the 2nd generation. Mike Bickle prophesied that the emerging Korean American leaders would be forerunners in the movement to bring the gospel to all the nations. He spoke of cultivating the oil of intimacy by encountering the Bridegroom God and energizing prayer through this intimacy.

At the heart of KAC Media lies the same desire to carry this inheritance from the 1st to the 2nd generations of Korean Americans and beyond. KAC Media leadership and staff attended the conference from 9AM-11PM everyday in hopes that our desire to provide a platform for all ministries would be well received. Leaders from organizations such as JAMA (Jesus Awakening Movement for America) were astonished and extremely excited that KAC Media already existed as the 1st Korean American Media Organization to carry this task in such a time as this. Many visitors to our booth exclaimed that KAC Media was needed and were so happy to know that we were doing what they were hoping for! We are grateful to GIMNET and Grace Korean Church for giving us the visibility to hundreds of pastors and missionaries that showed interest in collaborating with KAC Media. Through prayer and support from the 1st Generation - we can only hope that God will continue to prosper our ministry so that we can fulfill the greater purpose of bringing the gospel to the nations by bridging the gap between the generations.

Please stay tuned for interview footage and photographs from this event!
