ImageI can still remember the first time I walked into Dodger Stadium as a boy in 1991. The stadium lights, the bright green field, the loud passionate fans and the heroes known as baseball players. Ever since that day, I have been a passionate fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers. It’s been a hard journey as a fan but a very rewarding one. Through the years I was a fan, we won one game in the playoffs until this year. It is extremely fun attending games as well as watching grown men and women begin acting like children and bonding over a game of baseball. It is a beautiful site.

ImageWell-versed by both cardiologists and philosophers, the heart is the strongest muscle in the human body. By function, our natural pacemaker causes contractions to pump blood from chamber to chamber. Though people don't literally hear the knocks on each chamber door, electrical currents are definitely sent out for impulse-driven wonder.

Being healthy is actually hard to accomplish these days. Humans have become rather sedentary and are barely willing to walk to a store a couple of blocks away. Fast food restaurants litter practically every block and our diets are literally loaded with fat and sugar. Physical health is important to our bodies- but spiritual health is equally, if not more necessary in our lives. Learn how to be healthy in both aspects.
