If you have been called to summit the mountain of Entertainment and Media, KAC Media would like to invite you to be an important part of this ground-breaking event at Harvest Rock Church (HRC) and the Ambassador Auditorium.  Because there are many conferences and ministries dedicated to the equipping of Christians for impact in Hollywood - HRC truly sought out the Lord's wisdom in how to approach this endeavor without duplicating or overshadowing the efforts of those ministries ahead of them. Their desire is to stretch the scope of impact not only for Hollywood, but for the whole Mountain of Entertainment. proJECT Light will draw attendance from Pastors, leaders and industry professionals around the world including Asia and East India's Bollywood. A diverse showing of the Arts will be represented through industry professionals  who have already worked the trenches in Film, Television, Music/Worship, Dance, Broadway, Comedy, and The Fine Arts. Furthermore, attendees who have a heart for this Mountain will be equipped through the spiritual guidance and impartation of world renowned Pastors and Leaders who have carried a special burden for the industry throughout many years.

If you have a burning desire to use the talents and giftings God gave you for Hollywood, you should not miss this opportunity to sit under spiritual mentors who have paved the way. You were not chosen by just name but by your authenticity to the Great Commission, so take action.  Because this is the first Arts and Film conference of its kind at Harvest Rock Church, spread the word not only to believers for the industry, but anyone who might have a heart to sow into this unique ministry.  Please visit the site at http://harvestrockchurch.org/revival_alliance_conference_2009.php for more information. ProJECT Light grew out of Harvest Rock Church’s goals to transform society through various areas of culture – religion, media, arts and entertainment, family, government, education, business.

“We believe that Harvest Rock Church, like many, have a mandate to reach out to the entertainment industry because we are located at Ambassador Auditorium inPasadena, so close to Hollywood, and that Ambassador hosted performances by the world’s top entertainers for 20 years,” Ahn said.

“If we were to talk about Christians in Hollywood 20 years ago, we would have been looked down upon, but now we’ve seen the reverse, the opposite attitude,” he continued. “We as believers should not separate ourselves from Hollywood. It needs us, and that's why we want to encourage people to be a light in the entertainment industry.”

When this conference’s topic was selected, church leaders formed a committee of parishioners who worked in the media, arts and entertainment industries.
