- Weddings
- Dog park (Animal lovers are usually sensitive and also perceptive...)
- Missions
- Christian affiliated work/organization

I would have to say that Weddings are def a great place to meet other christian singles! :)

I would like to add christian campus minitries (for those that are in school), other ministries that are held by churches or other nonprofit organizations, starbucks?

What about eHarmony?? I heard a Christian guy from Fuller Seminary made that website and it's actually pretty accurate. My friend Jah works with a co-worker who got married to a person she met on eHarmony and she is extremely happy! I personally think it's a little bold for me... but hey, it doesn't hurt to try!

ooo missions is a good one. when I went on missions through an organization, one of the rules they put was that we weren't allowed to get involved with anyone on our time during the period of the missions, but they also added that it's free game (and highly encouraged) after missions is over. hahaa!

mission field is one of the best places, yes,
but it is quite dangerous to think that way... since some people might go to the mission field for just that reason

hahaha. I don't think people would risk going on missions just for the sake of meeting other single people. It takes a lot of commitment and support-raising. So for a lot of people, the fact that they're on missions shows a type of commitment and heart that I think I want in a guy... hahahaa..

but, i've seen or heard the ugly side of short term summer missions

No, you're right. I have experienced first-hand that not all people (men and women alike) go on missions for the right reason, let alone have the right kind of heart while they are there. I guess I was trying to make clear that the RIGHT kind of heart that is required of people when they go on missions is part of the characteristics that I would want in my future hubby. Moreover, this is the kind of heart that sees the mission field in their everyday lives--not just overseas or out of state. Basically, I just want a solid, growing Christian man. :laugh:
